Vampirism problems

So a few days back I was finally bit by a vampire and nothing has happened yet. I've been looking at every wayshrine possible to find the vamp quest giver and even went to the vampire shrine location just in case but still nothing... I have the vampirism effect active on my character stats but it doesn't even have a timer on it, it just says Vampirism and that I have been bitten by a vampire. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated! I've also attached a pic of my stats so you can see for yourself

There is a shrine you need to click to start the quest.

I've already gone to the vamp shrine and still nothing

Finally fixed my problem I didn't know the quest giver had a specific spawn south of riften
