Shor's Stone Mine inaccessible

I am unable to enter Shor's Stone Mine during the quest "Beneath the stone" in The Rift on the EU megaserver. It keeps loading until it finally drops me out of the game. Rest of the game works just fine, even did a couple of group dungeons with no problems at all, but the game won't allow me to enter this instance. Tried logging out for a bit but that didn't help. Saw quite a few people standing outside when I logged back on, so I assume I'm not the only one stuck on this quest which blocks my progression.
