Alchemist certification
This is the second time i made the asked potion and the quest did not end, and its really hard to find columbine...took me another 15 levels or so to find it again...

Have you tried looking in guild stores ? I know a fair few traders in wayrest selling all sorts of crafting mats

Also after you complete the writ are you then delivering the items to where it tells you ? Last night i had to travel to a lower lvl area to complete the alchemist writ by putting it in a box and then i automatically received the quest completion.
So wherever you started the writ is where you will complete the quest.
And if you are doing that and its still not completing then you will have to raise a ticket.0
