bloodfiends/werewolfs issue

people keep killing blood fiends then scamming people for money and i posted on the lf topic and still nothing so can you make an alternate way of turning people like make bloodfiends unkillable or making it available for perchance at the mages guild, fighters guild, undaunted or just make it available through the crown store please? vampirsm/lycanthropy should not be made a non-option! if anyone can fix this issue so people can be allowed to play as a vampire or werewolf i as well as many others would greatly appreciate it!
