Werewolf blood rage upgrade
So, looking at this, rank 1 is 3 extra seconds every 5 seconds, and rank 2 is 1 second every 3 seconds.... I don't get it. Is it a typo, or is the upgrade really a downgrade?

What fextralife lists is different from the ingame description of rank 2. Can anyone personally tell me that from their experience, the ingame description of rank 2 blood rage is false and that it can let me stay in WW form for longer then rank 1?0
