NPC Bug still occuring after patch & continued crash to dashboard.

I have not tested with a quest giver/turn in, but just went to the bank and the banker was invisible. I waiting the 30 seconds as recommended and the banker never appeared. I left the bank, came back in and still invisible. I waiting around for about 10 min while I did some crafting and came back and still invisible. I logged out and back in and then she re-appeared. So not sure if the patch is working as intended, but NPC's being invisible is still and issue and the 30 second waiting is not working as well.
This happened in the bank in Glendbura starting city for reference. I have also had 2 crashes to the Xbox Dashboard and my wife on her system had a crash to Dashboard within 5 min of playing after the patch. So still some issues to resolve here ZOS.
