Lmao....it's almost like they had the intern try and sub in for the lead UI designer who was off on vacation.
That's 3 inches off the bottom of the screen at least. Seriously. And up all the time with food buffs regardless of any setting in Options.
Because, the space below is used to display skills while in combat....
You didn't read my other posts. Seriously, READ.

I did. Kind of disappointed that I wasted my time doing so. WTB my 2 minutes of life back.

So you basically can't read or you can't comprehend more than one post at a time. Don't post on a forum if you can't be constructive and lend something to the conversation.

Apparently you're the one who cannot read. I did lend my criticism and the OP is not understanding it. However, judging by his spelling and grammar I'm guessing he's not very savvy with English and isn't understanding the point of why we like the buff being shown. Nobody cares about three bars being shown other than you two. If you want immersion, go play Skyrim. I'm sure that's the only other TES game you've played anyways.

You seem like a real winner.

No, you don't see the buff is up if you're using drinks. The only way to tell is the occasional arrow that goes up on your bars. Regeneration buffs (drinks) don't increase the overall size of the buffs. Seeing as how we don't have buff trackers yet, I think this is a welcomed bonus so you can see when you need to eat/drink again.
-Edit-
What I mean is that if you were to remove the effect of the bars staying up when buffed, then people using drinks wouldn't know they were up other than checking the character screen for active effects.
drinks do not cause the bars to remain visible out of combat

It is quite invasive isn't it
Too far off center its difficult to keep an eye on stats.
Too close to center invades combat.
Too big and it invades space but is easy to judge how much resource you have remaining.
Too small and its difficult to judge what resources you have.
What you gonna do lol.
