Friends list not showing up

In game friends list is not showing up. My friends have told me that theirs still work and their other friends still show up but I do not show up in theirs. Worked fine prior to patch and even the first day of the latest patch

yeah same happening to me got a friend to start the game, but he doesn't show up on the social friends list, even tho he is on and playing.

My friends don't show up as well. Their's works and all but I cant get any to show up nor do they appear by searching.

Sometimes everyone shows up, sometimes a few do, and sometimes none show up

The only way I can get the ESO FL to work is is I delete them off Xbox One then add them thru ESO. Should not have to do that!!!! This does need to be addressed
