For some of the regular mobs you'll be ok. Anything that's an "elite" you will have trouble with though so watch out for those.

If your goal is to grind, that's the worst place to do it. XP was nerfed into the ground, so your normal, level appropriate zones will be more efficient to grind in.

I wouldn't go to Craglorn to 'grind' anything.

Craglorn XP has been nerfed so hard over time it's a joke now.

Yes, but as others said, it may not be the best place to grind. You can work on some of the quests though! There are two steps in the main quest line that will require 4 players, but everything else can be done with less.

You'll get more XP grinding in Coldharbour than you would in Craglorn now. Your VR10 zone would be an even better place, if you have access to it.
