Why my ESO its downloading again on my PS4? any1 have the same problem?

I opened my PS4 today to play EOS and i cant because the game its downloading again.. (and i didn't delete it )

✭✭✭✭✭Are you sure it's downloading the whole game again? There was a large patch that will download today on PS4 - 15GB.
