Resetting Attribute Points (not skills)

sorry if this is posted elsewhere im new.

is there currently a way to re distribute my STAM HP and MAGIKA points?

i feel like i gimped myself a little keeping them all kinda even, 17 stam 13 hp rest Magicka, i wanted a more stam focused build now im 50.

is it a paid service coming soon? or did i miss the obvious?

    there's shrines in each factions capital cities which you can use to reset your attribute points.

    Use one of the appropriate shrines in:

    •Aldmeri Dominion - Elden Root city in Grahtwood
    •Daggerfall Covenant - Wayrest city in Stormhaven
    •Ebonheart Pact – Mournhold city in Deshaan

    There is a shrine to only reset attribute points there.

    The shrine is always located in the capital city of the Alliance.

    One for Attribute points, one for skills/morphs, and one for marriage.
    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

    IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
    I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

    FWIW, Stendarr's shrine is called Shrine of Stuhn in Mournhold (Ebonheart). The only shrine named consistently is Mara's shrine.
