✭✭Complete dwemer motif books are one of the rarest drops in the game. It is just easier to buy it from the crown store.
You will have better luck farming dwemer ruins.
They drop at 1 per hour. Once you have found one, the clock restarts.
Otherwise your best bet is to play normal, save up your gold and buy the pages from the Guild Stores.Far too many characters to list any more.1 -
