It took me days to download the 55GB install at launch and here we are at patch day and I'm faced with the prospect of downloading it all again because I repeatedly get the error code 0x80070017. Didn't even download 1% of the patch. Can I get compensation for my ESO plus subscription that I won't be using while I download 55GB again?
