Increasing Focused Aim Damage

I have Focused Aim IV, am a Dragonknight, Veteran 12. Currently when I attack with Focused Aim my opponent gets about 3,600 damage. When I get attacked by an opponent with Focused Aim I am getting slammed with as much as 13000 damage.
After trying to research this I still do not see how they are getting such an increase. Can someone tell me how they are buffing this skill so high?

✭✭✭✭✭Focused Aim scales off of the Weapon Damage stat and Max Stamina, and is mitigated by Armor (aka Physical Resistance). What are those numbers at for your character? You may need to get them higher to both do more damage and lower the damage you take from others.0 -

my v3 NB using a v1 blue bow has crit a fully armoured v14 DK for 8.8K. not sure if they had been armour debuffed but only buff i had up was grim focus.No man is an Iland, intire of it selfe0 -
