Active Skills for PS4

Just wondering If ZOS has a plan to add the ability to see which of your skills is active? i.e. if i activate power surge have an icon that appears near my bar that shows its up and disappears when it wears off. Its very tedious to keep an eye on the subtle effects that show i have the ability up. Between power surge, crystal frag proc, and attacking enemies its kind of hard to keep a skill active during battle. It would be easier on console players to have the ability to have this or even the option to turn it on or off.
With the lack of addons for console would they be willing to bring their own form of addons to console. For example the ability to see your active skills, a mini map other than the one we currently have, or the ability to see experience, health, magicka, stamina in a numerical form?

Old thread but THIS so much. Tried to use molten weapons with momentum and when you add the weapon enchantment to that it's downright impossible to tell which abilities are active or not.
