What is the best Armour and weapon for a Nord

Hi Guys,

I am a level 27 Nord with a high blacksmith skill and going down the heavy amour and two handed road. What in you opinion would be the best weapon and armour set to use.

Depends on your class, your play style (tank, dps, healing) melee or ranged, magic or stamina etc etc etc.

In other words, there is no best, there is what works for you.

Since you are a crafter, you can make crafted sets, if you have not been neglecting your research of traits (the absolute most important part of crafting). So, here is how I would pick a crafted set to use. I would strip my character down to their skivvies and take a snapshot of their stats. I would figure out which of those needed to be buffed and find a set that buffed that stat. Again, I would take into consideration how I played my character with this. I would find the crafted set that gave the best stat buffs.

Then, once you build your armor, make sure you put Enchants on it for Stamina or Health or Magic as your character needs.

If you are tanking, Hist Bark is a very nice crafted set that you can make.
