totally depends on the platform and even the megaserver. On PC they go indeed for bout 400g. on the console I imagine they are more expensive (more people who are new and want to unlock these styles while supply is the same).
In case of pc, you could use the add-on master merchant to track sales in all the guilds you are in for price checks. On the console that is impossible, but you can still check the guildtraders (e.g. the ones outside your alliances capital) to get an idea. Keep in mind there that they only show the motifs that haven't been sold (yet). The ones that are cheaper priced are likely sold quicker and so the price is likely somewhat lower.Through me you pass into the city of woe:

Many prices do mimic the PC on console. Mainly because people don't know better. I have seen them sell on XB1 for those prices.0

I'm on the Xbox 1 NA server. The regular motifs (for playable races) easily sell for 4500-5000 each. I've sold 4 in the last couple days.0
