Which items are on all characters when bought?
I understand Mounts and Costumes go to all characters when purchased, but what about Motifs, Pets, and Horse upgrades?
Also are the 2 respec scrolls on all characters and are they a 1 time use item or do they have unlimited uses?
Lastly how often does the Crown store update? Monthly? Weekly? Randomly?

Pets are like mounts and can be used with all your characters,
Horse upgrades should actually be called RIDING LESSONS and ONLY affect ONE Character,
So in short you have to upgrade EACH characters riding ability.
Respec scrolls are a one time use Only. I would believe they end up in your inventory or e-mail,
Crown store updates kinda randomly.
Motifs are a one time use and only available to the Character who read them..PC EU Megaserver
