Yes you also require the ingots to be able to craft the armor. By the way though, it is no different than any other style of crafted armor for that level. It just looks different. Nothing special about it. It has no added bonuses or anything.
Far too many characters to list any more.

I assumed that goes by itself. You need the raw material and (if desired) the appropriate trait stone to craft anything. Daedric and the other motifs are a purely visual thing, can be applied to all types of armor or weapon regardless of level and - as said by the poster above - do not convey any bonuses.

@jeremynever_die , you should be aware that daedra hearts are rare in the game until you have reached your last Veteran zone. Even then, they are not as common as the rest of the racial stones. The best place to get them before then is buying them from guild stores. On the PC server, they go for 300+g each. Even though you can learn the daedric style from the crown store motif without the usual game restrictions, there may be other crafting restrictions. Normally, you cannot use the daedric motif until you are level VR6, and have unlocked a level 9 material (void stone, void cloth, or nightwood). You should check on the requirements before you purchase the motif from the crown store, or you may find you have learned a style that you will not be able to use until you advance your character quite a bit.

The Crown Store motifs can be used at level 1, so there are no restrictions in terms of crafting level. The restriction will be in the scarcity of the style stone for a low level player. You will have to purchase Daedra Hearts from other players until you hit Cadwell's Gold, which is V6-10. While I have found a few in heavy sacks and from deconning loot from Coldharbour, as well as my hirelings, you won't be able to get a decent amount until you are able to loot them regularly when you are in Cadwell's Gold.
