What would the sell price be for this motif? NA server PS4 as stated in the title.

On PC/EU most single pages go between 4000-7000, allthough prices in general go down.
Some rarer pages are a bit more expensive (staves,chest and shoulders I think).
A full book is very rare and will sell for about 100k, but it might take a bit more time.

In general many players farmed those motifs and there are many in stores. Prices are stable (for now)
but the golden times are over. Many players who transfered to consoles had loads of motifs and material
in their banks that got copied over. So there might also be al lot of motifs for sale right now...

i bought 2 dwemer motifs last night for total of 9k

That's for Daedric only, which is a full motif book. Ancient Elf can sometimes get that high, but is usually around the 25-30K mark. Primal and Barbaric are usually 20-25K.

The difference with Dwemer is that it is broken up into pages, so there are 15 pages total. At 50K each, that would be a ridiculous amount of money to spend (750K).

Dwemer pages on PC are plentiful in guild stores now, so the price is usually 5-7.5K, though I have seen prices as low as 4K and as high as 15K (for the rarer pages like chests).
