Guild Invites via Friend List and Group List

Can you please add the ability so we can send guild invites to those in our group, as well as Friends list.
It can be very difficult to invite them by manually typing in the gamertag or, finding their name in the area recent speakers list.
I also found that when sending invites to others in the area list, it tends to create a message that says " an error has occurred" and the guild invite will not be sent.
