I bought an item days ago from the guild store and I have never received it via mail. Am I doing something wrong? I'm afraid of trying to buy something again because I don't want to keep wasting gold.

Days ago? Wow. And you're sure you fully purchased the item? What I typically noticed on PC was that once I purchased an item, if I re-logged or zoned through wayshrines, the item would typically pop up in the mail then. If you're positive, submit a bug report/ticket.0
