any idea why i crash?

first off i start the game form the .exe in my eso folder i dont use the launcher.
now onto my question. every morning when i start playing the crashes my PC i have force my pc to shut down in order to make it restart, this happens without fail every morning within the first hour of playing the game, no other game does this and after it crashes my pc i can play for endless hours without a crash. so any idea why this happens?
