BigMac_Smiley✭✭✭You may be too high of a level. I spent a good amount of time in PVP causing me to level above my quest area, so I also don't get a chest. I don't know how close of a level you have to be though to recipe one.0 -

You need to be within 5 levels of the activity/enemies to receive rewards.0
