Where the #@!% do I find corn flowers!?

I searched for 6 hours last night and one hour so far today and found only one. I need three for the alchemist writ in Daggerfall. And yes I do have Keen Eye purchased for alchemy.

I'd say take a gander in Khenarthi's Roost, They are very small and Blue in colour. Best of luck!

But honestly the starter areas have it sometimes. I find a lot in the 15-20 areas too

They're out there. The nodes cycle through different flowers, and the more desirable ones often get picked quickly, while the less desirable get left behind. Thus, some seem more rare than others. The nodes usually respawn every 30 secs to 2 minutes, so keep looping around if you're desperate. If you're on PC, there's an addon called Harvest Map that could help.

Otherwise, buy some from a guild trader.

Just grab every single alchemy node you see as you're playing rather than looking for some specific ones. That way you'll build up a supply of everything and never have to waste time trying to hunt down one specific type later.

Put a point into Keen Eye on Alchemy and it will make flowers glow and easier to see.
Those types of flowers (lady's Smock, Columbine, Cornflower etc) tend to grow in areas with grassy, rolling hills and meadows.
As Rune said they share a spawn as well so sometime they are hard to find, sometimes that's All you see lol.

Gather everything as you go and get off the roads a bit as you travel, you'll find them

*sigh*.. well, the Corn Flowers... I remember last year, a week before a friend's birthday... I started collecting all kinds of flowers, all to be exactly the amount of the number of his age, each kind. I was searching almost 24/7 for a week, and on the last day (on his birthday) already, I was still missing 3 Corn Flowers. I was asking in the chat if someone could sell me 3 and I'd pay 1000 gold a piece, but I didn't get an answer. Then I started to become desperate since it was his birthday already and I wanted to have his present complete when he logs in. I was thinking about which zone I could check once more or which I might have forgotten eventually, then I remembered I haven't been back to Stonefalls again, and.. there were my 3 Corn Flowers

He was totally happy about his present and couldn't believe that I've gathered so many flowers for him
