- is there any fishing spots in Bal Foyen and Eyevea? any rare fish experience?
- is there any fishing spots in dungeons around all Tamriel? with rare fish too? i know only one in cracked wood cave, but didnt test it - too many gankers(Cyrodiil)

Runefell✭✭✭✭Look under your fishing achievements. It'll tell you what rare fish can be caught in each area. There are rare fish in the starting areas, but not in Eyevea. You can catch rare fish in dungeons, I believe, but it will count towards the area the dungeon is located in.
