✭✭✭✭✭Report the player, time and map and any other information you can to ZOS via a support ticket in game or on the website here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home
While ZOS won't communicate any actions taken against the account/player in questions scamming does break their EULA/ToS so they play would in theory receive a caution at least, maybe even have their ill gotten gains removed.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
