Ferocious Leap - issues

I have not seen this posted yet, so I just wanted to put it here.
There are times when using Ferocious Leap that the wings do not go away after the "leaping" animation, no damage is done, and as long as the wings are still visible (usually 30 - 60 seconds), I cannot attack, block, heal or do any other action other than move around. Caused me to die several times.
Is there anyone else that is having this issue?
