Help with Rawl'kha

Can anyone tell/help me with getting into the Rawl'kha temple. I've done the quest 'the first step' and I'm wanting to get into the temple so I can start the path to moonmont Quest so I can finish the series. But when I arrive at the temple where the quest giver is it won't let me through the doors. Help please?

    If you've left the temple without taking the quest and you can't get back in, it's likely that it won't be possible to get that quest directly from there any more (although I do find that a bit odd). What you will need to do is go directly to Moonmont instead, and take the quest that appears when you get there (Motes in the Moonlight).

    I cant enter Rawl'kha or Moonmount and as far as I remember, I have done all the quests. Anywhere I can check if the quests have been done ?
