Question is:
is their chance connected with level of Extraction passive?
i mean Metal Extraction/Unraveling/Runestone Extraction/Wood Extraction
because long ago i remember all community tested and decide that Runestone extraction 3/3 can increase a chance of getting Kuta from the mail
is it still true and isit true for other crafting lines? or its just speculations?

✭✭Those passives just mean that you have a better chance when you are deconstructing an item to get something in return, such as if you deconstruct a purple item, you have a better chance to get back grain solvent or mastic, etc.
Apparently it used to also help with getting things like Kuta in the mail, but since the release as Tamriel Unlimited, Kuta only show up about 2% of the time now in your mail. They are very, very rare now. Not like it used to be.Far too many characters to list any more.0 -

i would say yes, eventhough my hiirelings are all lvl 3 only the one with fully skilled crafting tree, regularily generates golden upgrades, while the others do way less often.Edited by Tankqull on June 21, 2015 8:26AMspelling and grammar errors are free to be abused
