God schemes quest doesn't start
I'm level VT 1 and I finish the grounds keeper quests in coldharbour and the last quest God schemes doesn't start... Please fix!!!!!!!

✭I have this issue also. I'm VT 1, and my final mages quest won't spawn a start either. I am stuck in limbo now with no quests left to do, and the end game material not available to me.0 -

Did you also finish The Reaver Citadel quests? You can see this link (contains spoilers) to see where they start and whatnot

It is a bit older quest guide, but it's pretty much the same.
