Swapping weapons is causing me to dismount

Don't know if others are having this problem but swapping weapons is causing me to dismount; however, it only happens when swamping from my primary weapon set to my off hand not the other way around . Not sure if it has to do with any of the skills I have slotted.
Main Weapon: destruction staff
Skill in order: Crystal Fragments, Fire Impulse, Mages' Wrath, Bound Armor, Force Pulse, Summon storm atronach
Off Hand Weapon: Restoration staff
Skills in order: Crystal Fragments, healing springs, mutagen, purge, rapid maneuver, negate magic
My mount is the Golden Eye Guar
I have found that the skill causing the issue is Bound Armor. While I could understand this causing an issue if the skill was active, since I do not have it on both bars, it is causing an issue when it is not active as well. I hope you guys can fix this issue while I understand it is not a major problem it is inconvenient.
