1- molten weapons is the unmorphed version of igneous weapons, its in the Earthen Heart line
2- flawless dawnbreaker is the morph of dawnbreaker in the fighters guild line

How do I level up my fighters guild it's at 5 stuck there fora awhile

You level fighters guild up by killing undead, or daedra. So it can take a little time.
Mages guild can be leveled by reading the 'blue/purple' lore books.
