Missing adventure pack code from preorder from amazon

So I've been getting the run around from both amazon and bethseda about my code that was suppose to come with my preorder. Amazon says contact your company because they ran out of preorder codes for eso...fine they give me a number after a 24 hr wait.. on june 10th they give me a number I call they give me another number I call that number than its busy for two days. OK fine I finally get through get put on hold and disconnected after two hours of being on hold..even that is fine compared to getting a automated response in my email and being told to talk to Sony even tho they have nothing to do with me not getting a code with my preorder.. So I'm lightweight tired of getting this run around so I'm hoping I could get helped here by a mod or something
