"The Prismatic Core" Bug [Xbox One] [Ebonheart Pact]

I'm trying to continue Guild Quest, The Prismatic Core, and I'm at the part that says to "Enter Portal" but the portal isn't visible. I can see the marker showing me where it's at bug I cannot see it or interact with it to continue the quest. This is the first time I've seen this happen and would appreciate a Developer or someone knowing a way around this. I've already tried logging out and restarting the game, like I would to fix the invisible NPCs, but it didn't do anything.

ChingChangChui✭✭✭This happened to me because I semi started it, but didn't do it right away. When I eventually chose the mission it said enter portal, but there was no marker. I abandoned the mission, had to find the mission giver again and do it right away.
I don't think it's a bug.
I'm ps4 and in the AD faction. I THINK the quest giver was outside the mages guild at the first area you start off at.As I always say: When it comes to forums, post or your toast.0
