Best Race for Nightblade

Looking to use the Nightblade class. What race would make a the best Nightblade? Are the Redguard good for this?

Redguards can make decent nightblades with their stamina return passive. Other good options are wood elf (high stamina recovery), or khajiit (high critical chance). This only applies, of course, if you're going to be using a melee/stamina-focused nightblade. If you want to play a spellcaster, you're better of using a breton or high elf.

Khajit also learn medium armor faster and one of the passives for nightblades increases crit or damage / medium armor piece your wearing, I'm not logged on at the moment so can't see exactly what it is but either way really beneficial. Also, at 3/3, you can have 30% increased health regeneration, there's also a khajit passive that helps stealth and a khajit ability that increases dodge by 20% for x seconds

The crit bonus of khajiit gets less and less useful once you level up. Crit ratings higher than 50% are scaling less and less in regard to damage output. At that point, other bonuses have much better value. Considering that most of the nightblade sets provide crit to a certain extent and with class passives and champion points you will easily reach the 50% crit threshold, thus making other races superior.

In my opinion, imperial, bosmer and redguard make the best nightblades.

I enjoy my dunmer night blade, I'm a vampire so there is the fire resistance which is nice but they are pretty good for their stamina and Magicka passives as well. ultimately it's a personal choice as I've seen awesome argonian night blades perform well.

Imperials are supposed to just be amazing, but I like my fire scarred wood elf.

To me everyone is right but a dark elf is good too.

Hi,

dont look at the passive for learning medium armour quickly,

all you need to do here is get the training trait on the armour.

My advice would be woodelf,
i have an argonian, Khajit and dunmer NB and enjoy them all,

I only said the khajit learn medium armor faster Because of the Dexterity buff in medium armor, increases critical strike rating with physical attacks/each piece of medium armor you're wearing, wind walker and agility passives are good too, wind walker especially if stamina based.

What you could do is make a dummy night blade to view all the skills available and then choose a race based on the skills you liked and want to try

Khajiit do offer one of the few ways to hit consistent 100% crit, though it takes a lot of passive from a lot of trees.
