Don't buy crowns or eso plus

I bought a sub on this account and a sub + crown pack on another account, have yet to receive crowns for either.
I got on to support they told me get back to them in 2 days if the crowns haven't shown up. which they didn't so emailed them back and they say get on to Sony, as its not their problem.

Have been on to sony, they keep telling me to go back here. can't help but feel i'm ripped off and sent on a round about with these clowns.
It's simple either give me what I payed for or refund me.

Do you have email proof from Sony and Zeni that they are truly sending you back and fourth claiming it not their problem?

Yes I do, I wouldn't be pissed enough to come on the forums and complain if I wasn't getting the round about treatment, I am not the only one having this problem.
