Telekinesis- 5,000 crowns (Basically a knock back or psychic hold.

Vampiric Seduction - allow for biting in combat and negate the need to sneak up all the time. 5,000 crowns

Master Form- this would add a second ultimate to choose from. It wouldn't make you look like the vampire lord as many like myself would want ( figure its a rights thing from previous games that ESO dont have yet) but it would super up all attacks for a duration akin to the werewolf form. Only instead of adding a separate ability bat for powers it would be a powerful attack buff which would increase speed, power of attacks, immunity to fire, and of course you get a little ugly with it.... 15,000 crowns.


Bat Leap- Similar to the vampire lords ability from skyrim to teleport in the form of bats - 10,000 crowns.


Passive-

Graceful fall - no harm from falling regardless of distance. 10,000 crowns.

No not at all, just has to be balanced out. All the crown store is, is vanity stuff anyhow, so why not give players what they are willing to pay for... As for paying to win, you have to learn how to play your toon or it does you no good regardless.

you want special powers that only people willing to pay $40 plus per pop would get, and they sound pretty nifty in a fight, but that isn't pay to win?
I would understand if you wanted a hypnotized human following your vampire around as a pet, hopefully dressed in something fun but not too tasteless. That's a vanity item. Not "I want a powerful attack buff but in exchange I'll get a little ugly too." Hell, the getting ugly part would probably be a thrill for most vamp fans.

Ummm what? Can't work out if the OP is genuinely asking for P2W or trolling, I'll bite anyway...

We already have a free vampire skill line so why ask for changes to cost crowns? I would accept an entirely new skill line like necromancy for example but your prices are so far from anything else in this game that it just sounds desperate.

Can get single target knockbacks from weapon skills already. AOE ones from everywhere, including set bonus's.

I never did feed as a vampire anyway.

I'd love a master vampire form/shapeshifting as a vamp and skills to go with it having mechanics kind of in between WW and sorcs's overload, but as an addition to the already existing vampire skill line. Maybe even having to complete a really hard quest line/dungeon grind/pvp grind so it's special to have, not just cost crowns(money) which everyone can just get easily.

Vamps being able to fly into keeps in cyrodiil does intrigue me, would need a suitable counter though like a new siege that puts walls of flames around the edges of keeps that insta kill the bats.

I like spending crowns in this game and having some nice vanity items, but nothing you suggested was vanity, it was P2W. Meh.
