    Where are you now?

Easiest way, if you are AD, is to group with someone and use travel to player.

Otherwise, get to Auridon, go to the town of Skywatch, and take a boat to Grahtwood. Travel north through Grathwood into Malabal Tor. Travel along the east side to Baandari (I think) and there's a gate to Reaper's March.

    short answer:
    Play the game!

    somewhat longer answer:
Find someone you can travel to (using the ingame function to travel to someone else allready there.

An even longer answer: get a character in the aldmeri dominion (or in cadwell's silver if you started in DC or in cadwell's gold if you started in EP) and walk there. From Auridon go to Skywatch, find the docks and the boat to Grathwood. Sneak through hostile haven and then to the center called Elden root. From there follow the road nort-east to enter the map,

Longest answer, based on an assumption. I guess you want to have a vampire bite or a werewolf bite at low level. Both are very worthy quests. On the pc it is actually relativly easy. find someone willing to bite you (many guilds bite friendly members for free if they want too). You can party up and use the forementioned travel to option. they escort you to the shrine and bite you. This will also be the case on the consoles...in due time. the dissease have to spread and that means you need to be patient. In a few weeks time, it will be easy as on the console to get a bite. Please make sure you understand this is an MMO and also bad people play. So if you are impatient and pay for a bite, never pay before they bit you.Scams are common.
If you are under the illusion that npc's can bit you in reaper's march. That is true, but it is a very rare thing. nobody know when these npc's spawn or where. There have been attempts to document it, but it failed over and over. the only thing we do know for sure is that they spawn at nighttime (in game). Even then it is very rare to get a bite, and it is easier to win the lottery. As said, the foolproof way is to find a player to bite you (for free preferably). this is allready happening massivly on the console and as the disseases spread it will happen more. Patience is a virtue, your time is near!
Through me you pass into the city of woe:
Through me you pass into eternal pain:
Through me among the people lost for aye.

If you do not have access to Auridon, you do not have access to Reapers March. You will need to play the game more and follow the storyline to eventually gain access. Why do you want to get to Reapers March? To become a werewolf or vampire? The NPCs that infect you are in multiple zones: Bangkorai if you are Daggerfall Covenant, Reapers March if you are Aldmeri Dominion, and The Rift if you are Ebonheart Pact. Go to the zone in your faction.
