Called xbox support, they told me to go to wireless connection settings through the xbox and had me channge primary DNS number to 4.2.2.1 and changed my secondary dns number to 4.2.2.2 now i have no problems with error code 301
It may be different for you, i went off my at&t uverse router. Works flawlessly!
