Feel like I'm a beta tester.
Feel like this game is still in beta.
Too many ### #### bugs.

Do they even realize that you still have to LOG OUT LOG IN to get items from hirings or things you bought from guild traders??
Most of your problems seem to be related to interaction, and as such would most likely be performance issues rather than bugs. I've been playing since launch over a year ago and have only rarely (as in, once or twice in that time) had any such issues and that was when the whole server was lagging.
It might be helpful if you gave some specs on your hardware including details of your internet connection and where you're playing from as well as whether you're directly connected at home (USB or wifi?)or are connected through a shared connection such as at school etc. I can't speak to the PvP issues but the PvE ones aren't common these days so they merit a little more investigation. If they were bugs we'd all be complaining about them. Your problems definitely sound more like performance issues.

This has nothing to do with OP's computer or specs.
Most of us that played this game in the beta and since release can verify the claims he is making. These are issues that still exist and annoy a lot of players today.
I won't try and speculate the reasoning behind the 4/4/14 release for ESO... I do know they ignored the voluminous feedback they were given regarding bugs and how unfit for release this product is. EVERY SINGLE BUG that was in the beta was at the launch. We reported tons of them during the beta. Every single thing he mentioned I and everyone I know has had happen to them. Everything from sync issues to random crashes. If you are going to take the time to phrase the age old pc basic rhetoric "tell us about your pc..." you might want to take a little time and research his claims. There are tons of threads buried in the forums talking about problems such as these.
@qsnoopyjr Usually when I get to where I am unable to weapon swap or use my heavy attacks or dismount/mount, I hit the shift key 6 times. This almost always fixes that problem.
Regarding getting stuck in walls /stuck seems to be the only fix I have found. Alt-f4 is the other when stuck doesn't work or you find yourself falling through the world. Every now and then I will through the world endlessly or just far enough to be below whatever I was in. In this case you need to suicide.
The game IS buggy, it has been since the beta. It really blows my mind how many people are trying to defend this game and company. Or how someone with the ZOS tag will show up and try and offer advice that does not work. The problem is ESO and the people working on it.
