Looking for Daggerfall Vampire Guild

Are there any Vampire focused Guilds in the Daggerfall/NA side of things? I see more than a couple in the Pact, and even a couple in the Dominion, but I haven't seen any Covenant Vampire Guilds on the NA server yet, and that's a bit depressing. If I weren't having trouble getting bit, I would gladly start one myself. Perhaps I'm missing one though? If so, let me know.

I fully intend on creating a Vamp Guild on the Covenant side, it seems there isn't one.
