Breaking out of cc

Its me or Breaking out of cc has been god damn slow these day.
In pve and pvp. I just cant seem to be able to break out just died in pvp in a CC full stam. Normally i just spam my cc break and streak and its break instatly and streak if I have the stam but I died in a full 5 second cc spamming my break out with full stam.
Doing pve dungeon earlier too I couldnt seem to break CC i would constantly eat full minion CC.

✭✭✭✭✭In PvP there seems to be a problem with certain abilities or combination of abilities causing you to be CC-ed, but using CC break has no effect.
Personally i noticed this with being hit by a bow attack, i believe it is shattershot disorient. I get hit then just stand there hammering the CC break button with no effect until the CC wears off on it's own.0
