bought crowns and still haven't received them
I bought 6000 crowns and they havent arrived yet, its now been over a week. I contacted ESO customer care and they said contact pa4 customer care. So I contacted ps4 customer care and they said go back and contact ESO customer care... What a nightmare. All I want is an upgraded horse. Any solutions to my problem which doesn't require more customer care?

✭Hi there, @Bostonpancake420. Depending on the payment method you used, the crown balance in your account may not update immediately. The crown balance will reflect the purchase only after the payment has successfully been processed.
That said, if you believe the payment has been processed, but you still don't see your crowns, please reply to that support email to let our team know that Sony was unable to assist you and we'll take it from there.

I haven't purchased via the website store.Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

SavageHenry✭✭✭I bought and eso sub on this account and a sub + a crown pack on a second account on my ps4, yet to receive the crowns on either subs or from the crown pack. one account using paypal the other straight from my bank card.
Sent in a ticket two days ago about the problem was told to wait 48 hours. got receipts from paypal and playstation for all purchases straight away. also the cash has left my account.0 -
I bought 2 sets of 3000 crowns and one 5500 crowns and they have yet to show up. I bought them all on the PlayStation store, from a bank card and recieved confirmation immediately. It's now been over a week and have yet to see any of them. I recieved my 500 complimentary crowns but that is it.0
