Why do vampires obtain a bounty outside of a town in the wilderness when they feed on somebody with no witnesses. This is ridiculous and needs to be looked at. In the cities or with a witness I can understand. It should be difficult for us to find food/prey....not impossible.
Remember kiddies...when seconds count, cops are only minutes away!!

✭✭✭✭✭Yes - feed on hostile men and mer. If it's a playable race, and its outline is red, you can sneak up from behind and feed without a bounty.
