skills not letting me morph them

A couple of my skills have not given me the option to morph them - both are stuck at rank 4 and I try to morph them every time I have a skill point

Anyone know what I need to do or should do?

Restoring aura IV
and
Backlash IV

they need to be rank 5, before morph can happen

End of rank IV, as it doesn't say V, unfortunately. But you're right.

yeah thanks for clearing that up. they cannot be morphed until they are leveled all the way up
