New Chat Option for Traders

I believe their should be a chat option to become friends with different caravan traders or merchants in the game to gain certain discounts. Also I think their should be an apology button for intimidating traders to steal from them because I did it twice now by accident. Just thought it would be a good idea to help people afford the items they want a little easier.
