No Imperial Horse

Hello, i need help from one of you, you see, my friend pre ordered Imperial edition digital for Xbox One, i have him as a my home Xbox so that we can share games together, so my friend pre ordered 80$ imperial edition, it was supposed to give you a imperial horse, a pet, rings of mara and more.so when the game came out,i made a new character, i did the tutorial, and my friend asked me saying 'do you have a horse?' so I checked my collection, and I found out that I don't have a horse, nether a pet too, so I was pissed off that this game did not give me a horse that you get from imperial edition. So I looked it up, and I found out that statemaster have the imperial horse for 1g,so I went to statemaster, I looked at what she have, and guess what, there is no imperial horse! So can you guys please help my out, cause I don't know what to do, thanks.

The imperial edition is not game shared, it can only be for one account per xbox. The only way to both get the imperial horse is to both have the imperial edition.
