Where do I find it, and as Ebonheart Pact, what is Zone 3? Skyrim or south of Deshaan?

Ranique✭✭✭✭Zone 3 is Shadowfen. (south of deshaan).
You will find Orichalcum in Deshaan (rare, mostly in the higher level area's), Shadowfen and Eastmarch (at the lower levels part of the map)Through me you pass into the city of woe:
