ZOS - Has the Console patch been submitted to MS or Sony?

We were told that early this week that you would be submitting the 1st console patch to the console manufacturers for Certification. Has this been done so far? As you can imagine there are TON of us Console gamers that have been suffering from all the issues and the sooner the better.

And, yes, I am also a PC ESO player and I and everyone I know that as PC we have had to suffer through a lot. Just wanted to add that before some began to post the regular b.s. whenever someone brings something up about the console version.

Yeah, at least let us know what is planned to be in the patch, perhaps the big bullet items like the Lad and stuttering is a big one for me.

Everyone knows it's about Rebooting your router and turning your Console/PC on and off again!
